แป้งคุกกี้แมคคาเดเมียไวท์ช็อกโกแลตชิพ - 40 ชิ้น

Baked a batch for my book club and they disappeared before the meeting even started. The macadamia and white chocolate ratio is generous, and having 40 pieces ready to go means I can just bake as many as I need instead of the whole tray.

Baked a dozen last night and the house smelled incredible for hours—these came out with crispy edges and chewy centers, exactly like the classic bakery style. The 40-piece count is generous too, so I’ve got plenty stashed in the freezer for when the craving hits.

The portioning is spot on—each of the 40 pieces bakes up evenly, so the white chocolate chunks stay melty without burning. I just pulled a batch out and the macadamia flavor really comes through, buttery and nutty.
