Mini Chocolate Pecan Cheesecakes - 12 Pieces

I ordered these for a birthday dinner and the pecan layer on top was the real star, crunchy against the smooth chocolate cheesecake. Twelve is plenty for a small group, though I'll admit I ate three by myself. They arrived cold and intact, no cracks in the tops.

The individual pieces are perfectly portioned, so I can grab one from the fridge after dinner without any guilt or mess. The crust held up nicely even after a few days, and each bite has that rich chocolate and nutty balance I was hoping for.

The 12 pieces arrived well-packed and stayed chilled during shipping, which I appreciated. Size is perfect for a party platter, though I wish the pecan flavor came through just a bit stronger against the rich chocolate. Still, these disappeared fast at our gathering.
