Bought these for my dad who's gluten and dairy free, and he actually hid the box from the rest of us. The cinnamon sugar coating is generous without being gritty, and they stayed soft for days. Nine individually wrapped cookies was perfect for tossing in his lunch bag.

I'm not even gluten free and I still finished the whole 9 pack myself. The texture is chewy in the middle with a real cinnamon sugar coating, and the fact that they're nut and dairy free too means I can actually share them with my coworkers.

The snickerdoodles are soft and chewy, not the crumbly hockey pucks I've come to expect from gluten-free baking. Being dairy and nut free too means I can finally share a dessert with my sister without checking every label. Nine cookies disappeared in two days at our house.
