Original New York Style Cheesecake - 10"

That graham cracker crust actually holds up — not soggy at all, even after two days in the fridge. Fed six people off the 10-incher with strawberries on top, and everyone went quiet at the first bite. Rich enough that a thin slice is plenty.

Ordered the 10" for a small birthday dinner and it disappeared in one sitting. The filling is dense and creamy without being too sweet, and the graham cracker base cuts through it nicely. Fed six of us with plenty left over for the next morning.
