The cookie lava ones actually warm up soft in the microwave and the chocolate center oozes out, which I wasn't expecting from a shipped dessert. Six of each means everyone in my house got to pick a favorite, and the tiramisu held up just as well.
Opened the tiramisu first and it’s got that perfect coffee kick without being soggy, and the lava cookie warmed up in the microwave for 20 seconds turned gooey just right. Twelve individual portions mean I can grab one without committing to a whole cake, which works great for portion control.
These lava cookies are my new go-to when I want something warm without firing up the oven. The chocolate center stays perfectly gooey after just a short heat-up, and having six of each means I always have a tiramisu ready for a cold coffee break.
