Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough - 40 Pieces

Forty dough balls in one box is way more than I expected for the price, and they bake up soft in the middle with that cinnamon sugar crackle on top. I froze half the tray and pulled a few out whenever a craving hits, which has been dangerously often.

Baking these took exactly the amount of time the package suggested and my whole kitchen smelled like cinnamon for hours. Each piece came out soft in the middle with that classic sugary crunch on the edges, and 40 pieces was plenty for two cookie trays plus a few for snacking straight from the freeze

I’ve been baking these a few at a time instead of a whole batch, which is perfect since there are 40 pieces in the box. Each one comes out with that classic crackly top and soft center, and I love that I can just pull out what I need.
