Mini New York Cheesecakes - 12 Pieces

Brought these to a family dinner and they disappeared before the coffee was even poured. The graham cracker crust holds up way better than the frozen ones I've tried, and the filling is dense without being heavy.

The 12 individual portions are dangerously easy to justify eating straight from the fridge. Each one has that classic, slightly tangy New York flavor that feels rich without being too heavy. Grabbed them for a party, but honestly they didn't make it past the first evening at home.

The texture is spot-on—creamy and dense like a proper New York slice, but the individual portions make portion control way too easy. I’ve already polished off four straight from the fridge, and the crust stayed perfectly buttery without getting soggy.
