Chocolate Chunk Shortbread - 18 Pack

The buttery shortbread melts the second it hits your tongue, and there are actual chocolate chunks in every bite instead of those sad little chips. I brought the 18-pack to a work meeting and it was gone before the coffee finished brewing.

These are dangerously easy to demolish in one sitting. The buttery shortbread base is perfectly crumbly, and each cookie is packed with enough rich chocolate chunks to satisfy a serious sweet craving. Having 18 in the box means they actually lasted a few days in our house, which is impressive.

I grabbed these for a housewarming gift and ended up buying a second pack for myself. The texture is spot on—crumbly shortbread with big chocolate chunks in every single bite, and one cookie was enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.
