เค้กขนมหวานรายบุคคลคุกกี้ลาวาช็อกโกแลตชิพ 6 ชิ้น

The 12-minute oven time delivers exactly what the name promises—a gooey, molten center with just enough cookie crunch on the edges. Each one is perfectly portioned, so I didn't feel guilty having a second with ice cream.

The individual cakes bake evenly in about 15 minutes for me, and the centers stay genuinely gooey while the edges get that nice golden crisp. Six is the perfect number too, since my kids each grab one and I actually get to eat mine warm for once.

The molten center is what sold me—each little cake stays gooey in the middle while the edges get that proper cookie crunch. I popped one in the microwave for about fifteen seconds and it tasted like it came straight out of a bakery.
