Vi har gjort det igen med vår Mango Cheesecake. Det är en 10-tums kaka med virvlar av mango ovanpå en krämig cheesecake och en läcker botten. Denna blandning av färskost och mango tar dig på en tropisk resa av tillfredsställelse!
Ordered the 10" for my mom's birthday and the mango swirls on top were the prettiest part, tasted fresh too. The crust held up nicely even after two days in the fridge, though we finished most of it the first night. Cream cheese layer was rich without being too heavy.
Brought this to a family dinner and the 10" size fed eight of us with a slice left over. The mango swirls on top are tart enough to cut through the cream cheese, and even the crust got compliments.
