Sent this to my mom while she was stuck home recovering from surgery, and she called me the same day to say the chocolate chunk cookies were still soft. The brownies are the fudgy kind, not cakey, which is exactly what she likes.
The butter pecan meltaways practically dissolved on my tongue, and the chocolate chunk cookies stayed chewy for days in the sealed tin. Perfect little pick-me-up to send someone who needs a sweet distraction.
The chocolate chip brownies were still soft and fudgy when the box arrived, which made the whole crate feel like a real treat. Perfect for sending a little comfort without having to bake anything yourself.
