Assorted Crumb Cakes Tin

The raspberry crumb cakes were gone in two days at my house—moist, with just the right tartness. Even my dad who usually skips dessert grabbed one. That tin of fourteen is a great value.

Fourteen cakes in the tin lasted our office about three days, which says enough. The butter ones have that dense, slightly crisp top my grandmother used to get right, and they held up fine on the counter until Friday.

The raspberry ones disappeared first at our office potluck, and I barely got one. The crumb topping is thick and buttery, not that sad dusting you get on grocery store cakes. Fourteen is a lot, but nobody complained.
