Chocoladechip Deep Dish Koekjestaart - 10"

This 10-inch cookie was way bigger than expected and stayed soft in the middle for days. The chocolate chip-to-cookie ratio

The ganache drizzle and the mini Kisses on top make this feel way more decadent than a regular cookie. I heated a slice for 15 seconds and it turned perfectly gooey inside while staying crisp at the edges.

Cut this into eight slices for a birthday and everyone went straight for the edge pieces with the Hershey's Mini Kisses. The middle stays gooey even after it cools, which is honestly the best part.
