Baked to order really makes a difference—the edges were still slightly crisp and the chocolate chunks were melty when I opened the box. Twelve 1.5-ounce cookies is a solid amount for sharing, though I managed to eat half the box myself.
The cookies arrived the same day they were baked and still felt fresh from the oven. Each one’s a hefty 1.5 ounces, so a dozen easily satisfied my whole family—I froze the leftover half for later.
These arrived still warm and gooey in the middle, which tells me they really did bake them the same day they shipped. I froze half the box like the instructions suggested and they thawed out just as soft a week later.
