The dough held its shape perfectly and baked up with that crisp edge and soft center I'm after. Each piece is exactly portioned, so the whole box of 48 gave me consistent cookies without any guesswork.
Just pulled the last batch out of the oven and the house smells incredible. The dough is super easy to portion out, and all 48 pieces baked up perfectly soft in the middle with that buttery pecan crunch.
I’ve been baking these straight from the freezer on busy weeknights and they come out perfectly soft in about 12 minutes. The 48-piece count is generous and each little dough ball spreads just right for that melt-in-your-mouth texture.
