The raspberry and lemon combo is tart enough that it doesn't taste like straight sugar. I brought the six-pack to a small dinner and everyone grabbed one before I even got the plate down.
Each cake is perfectly portioned so I can grab just one from the freezer when a sweet craving hits, and the raspberry-lemon combo tastes bright and fresh, not artificial. The individual packaging makes them so easy to pull out and thaw for a quick dessert without any fuss.
My sister’s birthday cake arrived frozen solid, and once thawed, each little raspberry lemon cake had that perfect balance of tart and sweet. The six individual sizes meant everyone got their own instead of fighting over slices. They were gone before the party even ended.
