I ordered this for our Fourth of July cookout and the red, white and blue layers looked even better in person than online. The vanilla cake itself was moist and not overly sweet, though the white chocolate mousse is definitely rich, so a small slice goes a long way.

The white chocolate mousse is the real star here, way richer than I expected for a decorated cake. Cut it at my Fourth of July cookout and the red, white and blue layers got compliments before anyone even took a bite.
