Cookies fraîchement cuits à la noix de macadamia et aux pépites blanches

I was expecting the usual dry, crumbly cookie but these arrived soft with the white chunks still perfectly creamy. The macadamias are whole pieces, not the tiny chopped bits you usually get. My only problem is I ate four before dinner.

These cookies hit the spot right out of the box — the macadamias are properly crunchy and the white chocolate melts into the buttery dough perfectly. I nearly ate the whole bag in one sitting.

The white chocolate chunks are huge and actually taste like real white chocolate, not the waxy stuff. Cookies arrived still soft in the middle with crisp edges, and the macadamias add a nice buttery crunch. My only issue is that I ate four in one sitting.
