That fudge brownie base is no joke, dense and chewy under all that peanut butter mousse. I cut thin slices because it's so rich, and the peanut butter chips on top give it a nice little crunch. Shipping took two days but it arrived cold and intact.
The layers held up perfectly through shipping, and the peanut butter mousse is so light and velvety against that dense fudge brownie base. Cut a slice for dessert last night and the chocolate cake part was still incredibly moist on day three.
