The dough balls are already portioned so I can pull out just four at a time and keep the rest frozen. Baked them straight from frozen at 350 and they came out chewy in the middle with crisp edges, way better than the tube stuff. Two 40oz boxes will last me a while.

I thawed a few of these on a baking sheet for about 15 minutes before popping them in the oven, and they came out with crisp edges and a soft middle every time. The preformed portions mean zero measuring or cleanup, which is exactly what I wanted for last-minute guests.

Having two 40oz boxes stashed in the freezer means I can bake just a few at a time instead of a whole batch, and they go straight from frozen to the oven with no scooping or thawing. The dough portions are already shaped, so cleanup is basically nothing. Warm cookies in about 12 minutes is a dangero
