I was craving a serious chocolate fix and this cheesecake delivered. The devil’s food cake bottom gives it a fudgy, almost brownie-like texture that pairs perfectly with the silky cheesecake layers.
Brought this to my sister's birthday and the Devil's food cake base got as many compliments as the cheesecake itself. The chocolate layers are thick and rich, so a small slice is honestly plenty.
The milk chocolate top layer cracks just slightly when you cut it, and the cheesecake center is dense without being heavy. Served it at my dad's 60th and six people asked who made it.
