I was skeptical about gluten free cookies but these bake up soft and chewy in about 12 minutes. Being able to toss a box in the freezer and pull out a few whenever someone visits has been a game changer.
The chocolate chips are actually generous throughout each dough ball, which is rare for allergen-friendly cookies. I can pop two in the toaster oven on a weeknight and have a warm treat in about 15 minutes without any worry about cross-contamination.
Baking these straight from frozen is such a timesaver, and they still come out perfectly chewy in about 12 minutes. The chocolate chips are generous and the dough doesn't spread too thin, which I love. It's genuinely hard to tell these are gluten and dairy free.
