Glædelig mors dag 1lb assorteret cookie dåse

The chocolate chunk and peanut butter chip ones were gone within a day—each cookie is thick and chewy, not dry at all. Twelve cookies felt like plenty for our little family celebration, and the oatmeal raisin was surprisingly the best of the bunch.

Sent this tin to my dad for Father's Day and he called me before he'd even finished the first cookie. The double chocolate chunk ones are dangerously rich, and the oatmeal raisin actually tastes homemade instead of like a sad afterthought. Twelve cookies disappeared in our house in about three days.

My dad's a peanut butter guy so the two peanut butter chip cookies were gone before dinner even started. The tin kept the oatmeal raisin ones soft for days, which surprised me since they usually dry out fast. Twelve cookies felt like the right amount for the four of us.
