I keep a box of these in my desk drawer for when the 3pm slump hits, and they're soft enough that they don't crumble all over my keyboard. Being gluten, nut, and dairy free means my sister can actually share them with me, which never happens with cookies.

I brought these to a cookout and nobody guessed they were gluten, nut, and dairy free. Each cookie comes individually wrapped, so they stayed soft in my bag all afternoon.
