Znovu jsme to dokázali s naším Želvím cheesecakem podle receptu přímo z Brooklynu. Je to dort o průměru 10 palců s kousky žvýkacích pekanových ořechů politých karamelovou polevou na krémovém cheesecaku. Tato kombinace krémového sýra, ořechů a karamelu je skutečným chuťovým zážitkem.
The 10-inch size was perfect for our dinner party of eight, and the caramel and pecan topping tasted freshly made rather than mass-produced. The cheesecake itself stayed creamy all the way through, no dry edges at all.
