Smore's Cookie Dough - 36 Pieces

The marshmallow centers get gooey and slightly caramelized at the edges, which is exactly what I wanted from a s'mores cookie. Having 36 pieces of dough ready in the freezer means I can bake just a few at a time instead of a whole tray.

Baked up a batch tonight and the kitchen smelled incredible — like a campfire without the mosquitoes. Each piece bakes into that perfect crispy edge with a gooey center, and having 36 means we'll actually have some left for the weekend.

The dough balls came individually wrapped so I could bake just two at a time, and they puffed up perfectly golden in about 12 minutes. Tastes exactly like a gooey campfire s'more, with that chocolate melting right through the middle. I've already gone through half the box in three days.
